1995 Ford Contour slight grinding noise when shifting

recently had a new clutch installed, after that when shifting from 1st to 2nd and 2nd to third,or downshifting, I get a slight grinding noise from the gearbox. If this is due to a misadjusted clutch,how do you adjust the hydraulic clutch? please help,I don't want to harm the transmission! Thanks

You need to make sure clutch hydraulic system free of air
pump the clutch and bleed system
check Tranny oil
