1995 Ford Contour lighter burnt out

I checked all fuses and replaced whole lighter, still not working, the light on the lighter works as does everything else and i dont have an owners manual, any help?

you replaced the entire cigar lighter socket or just the push in part? also make sure wiring is good to the socket.
