1995 Ford Contour Jumps gears(back and forth)

95 Contour SE V6 2.5L, the tranny jumps gears back and forth under normal acceleration. Just had tranny fluid changed out 2 days ago, it shifts smoother now, but still changes gears when it wants to.

Check engine operation and tune up
check tranny fluid
check for TCM codes
suspect internal tranny valve issue and or pressure

need manual CHECK IT @
