1997 Ford Cobra the radiator fan

Engine Cooling problem
1997 Ford Cobra Manual

My 1997 svt cobra's fan continues to run after the engine is off. I've checked the relays which are all fine, the thermostate appears to be working, any suggestions would be appericated, thanks

check for faulty engine coolant temp. sensor , if relays, sensor and tstat is good than most likely culprit is the PCM.
