1986 ford bronco 2, 98650miles v6, engine trying to stall at intersection. Mechanic says pump good maybe bad fuel? :Oops: what about injectors. 73 yr old female not sure what to do next?

Can you describe the symptoms? Wierd noises? Shaking? Do the rpms fluctuate up and down? Since we are not there to experience it, anything you can tell us will give us a clue as to what the problem might be. Let us know.
