Bronco running rough.

I have a 1992 Ford Bronco with 154000 miles on it. I had problems with it in the past of it idling rough and then cutting out. That was an easy fix and I changed the fuel filter. But now it has started doing it again, except this time on dry days it starts and runs just fine. But if it is raining or had rained and is still wet. It will start fine but as soon as I start moving forward. The bronco begins to sputter and then she will just cut off.
