1996 Ford Bronco Wont start

My fuel Pump is not getting power and i checked all the fuses and replaced the relay still nothing. Any suggestions? Ok I replaced the inertia switch still got nothing,and what do you mean by the computer is might not be grounding the fuel pump relay? and how would I check that?

Test the fuel cut off inertia switch could also be the computer not grounding the fuel pump relay
