REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Drain radiator.
3. Disconnect bypass hose at water pump and intake manifold, remove bypass tube, remove water outlet attaching bolts, bend upper radiator upward and remove thermostat and gasket.
4. Reverse procedure to install. Tighten attaching bolts.
