check engine light o2 sensor codes

I was told the problem is probably the o2 sensor has gone bad. Could this be the problem? Is there more than one sensor in the converter for this year model Bronco? Thank you.

This vehicle can have up to 4 O2 sensors, depending on the emission standard.
