1996 Ford Bronco V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 108K miles

TRUCK SHUTTING OFF AND WON'T RESTART. PROBLEM IS INTERMITTENT. HAVE FUEL. HAVE INTERMITTENT SPARK. WHEN IT RUNS IT RUNS FINE WILL START OVER AND OVER. WILL SHUT OFF EVERY NOW AND THEN AND WON'T RESTART. CHANGE COIL, DIST AND ROTOR, FUEL FILTER AND CHECKED WIRES. WHEN IT SHUTS OFF DOES'NT RUN ROUGH, LIKE A FUEL PROBLEM, JUST LIKE I TURNED THE KEY OFF.

next time it dies out and wont start immedietely check fuel pressure and for hte presence of spark at all cylinders. let me know what you find.
