Drive Train Axles Bearings problem
1995 Ford Bronco V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

When we excellerate, the truck shakes and makes loud noises. We were told that it was the front universal joint. Upon inspection, there are two joints in the front and one in the rear. We understand how to take the back off... its the 4 nuts, than it slides off the plate.. but how would we get the front end of the drive shaft off of the truck? I have seen videos that show it will just pull out when the back is taken off... if this correct? it doesnt really look like it?

As for changing the universal joints, it looks pretty easy, but only if you can take that entire drive shaft off the truck...
Your help and information is greatly appreciated.

Yes once you drop the rear of the drive shaft you can pull the yoke out of the transmission.
