Electrical problem
1995 Ford Bronco V8 Four Wheel Drive 200000 miles

I'm buying this Bronco off my cousin..he said the turn signals dont work when you press the brake.. but other than that, they do...and also. the dash lights are out. He said new fuses would solve all the problems.. but i'm not sure. Do you think it all needs re-wired, if the turn signals dont work when you press the brake? or is it just a fuse?
if it's a ground problem. or electrical shorts regarding the turn signal problem..how hard is that to fix? price?
thank you for your help

The turn signal issue sounds like a ground wire issue. A fuse would not cause that. The fuse is either blown and not letting electricity get to the signal wiring or it isn't blown.. Fuse is a good place to start diagnosing the dash lights though..
