Hi Guys!! I sure hope you can help me out! The problem I'm having is when I first start my truck. For about the first block I drive the truck hesitates really bad and runs really rough. Then it comes out of it and runs just fine. But it does this everytime after I start it whether it's from a hot or cold start. So far I've had new plugs and wires put on, a new fuel filter, a new fuel pressure regulator, and put injector cleaner in the fuel tank. I bought a new ignition coil also, but haven't had it put on yet. HELP!! Thanks so much for any help you can give me!!! Brenda

Replace the coil then follow thru with these components -see below

Possible Causes of Engine Hesitation or Stumble:

Dirty fuel injectors (cleaning the injectors often fixes this).
Bad MAP (manifold absolute pressure) sensor
Bad TPS (throttle position) sensor
Bad or dirty MAF (mass airflow) sensor
Low fuel pressure (leaky fuel pressure regulator or weak fuel pump)
Vacuum leaks (intake manifold, vacuum hoses, throttle body, EGR valve)
Bad gasoline (fuel contaminated with water or too much alcohol)

Sometimes, what feels like a hesitation is actually ignition misfire rather than lean misfire. The causes of ignition misfire may include:

Dirty or worn spark plugs
Bad plug wires
Weak ignition coil
Wet plug wires
