My starter will not turn over. Solenoid clicks. I just put a new solenoid on and battery seems to be fully charged when i charge it. My radio and headlights and windows all work electrictly. Have brand new negative cable and am thinking the positive needs to be replaced but was replaced not long ago. So I didn't think it could be the positive when my lights work fine.
