HI there,

you will need to remove and dismantle the carby, wash and clean internal passages with carby clean, if corroded you can have them soaked in a mild acid cleaning bath re build with a full overhaul kit, but be carefully one mistake and you will be pulling it apart again, if you have never done one, best left to a mechanic.
