how do I use the special tool used to remove the fuel lines from the fuel tank

I think that with the Fords, you only need to remove the plastic clips...spread them apart with your finger and pull it out! Make sure you have a new one in case you break an ear off!

Actually with this one I believe if it's like mine, you get the little plastic washer type things and put it around the fuel line, then push it into the fitting and they should just come apart.
