1994 Ford Bronco Battery Draining

My BAttery is putting out 658 CCA, The starter was replaced 2 months ago, replaced the Alternator today. Charging system is working perfect
What is causing my battery to drain in a matter of seconds? I can hear a buzzing sound coming from the firewall for about 10 seconds after I turn off the engine.

Put an ammeter or test lite in between the negative cable and the negative battery post if the lite is on or a draw is present-start removing fuses one ar time till the lite turns off this is where the short circuit is-

To drain that fast check the starter and the relay
