1993 Ford Bronco motor makes a very loud noise and has no o

it happened after i just got back from mudd boging i was on my way too the car wash when all of a sudden the car made a huge jolt and cut off at about 55 mph pulled off to the side of road tried too start the bronco up and it started perfectly twice and cut off by its self then the third time cranked over and made a horrible banging sound then the oil pressure went to zero and couldnt get it started again went too advance got a new starter and now crancks over but makes a horrible banging sound in the back of the engine but still runs with the banging there is no smoke or leaks and still no oil pressure
