1992 Ford Bronco Rough idle and black smoke at start cold

on a bronco 5.0 speed density e40d trans. 4wd at start up in cold condition (morning or after a long time park) present a heavy problem to keep runnig rough idle and black smoke came out the exaust till wamr up (about 15 minutes). already change MAP sensor, IAC sensor, ECT sensor, check for vacun leak. no HEGO

The black smoke indicates it is running rich. Has the check engine light come on? Have you checked the temp switch?
