I have used kerosine since it is oil based and won't damage the cluthes inside. It is best to take to a shop that has a flush pump. The way I did it was drain fluid and replace with kero. And run for 3min. Drain again and repeat. Then drain and let sit for 30 min. Draining. Replace with new fluid and filter and drive. I hope this helps.
