1991 Ford Bronco wipers

The wipers began having problems about 18 months ago. First, the intermittant function stopped. Next, when the wipers were turned off, they stopped immediately, not returning to the rset position. Now, the intermittant does not work at all and neitther does the slow speed.

Hi:
If they still work on high, then the motor is good and has a good ground. I suggest checking the switch to see if that is where the problem is coming from. THat would be my first guess based on your description.
