1991 Ford Bronco V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

i pulled the engine out to drill out broken oil pan bolt.then i replaced oil pump an the pan an gasket..then reinstalled the engine..now the engine wont turn over at all..it was running before this.i did have it on a stand upside down...would that have something to do with it..it was a complete engine,when turned upside down..ive taken the plugs out,then tryed to turn the crank with a socket and a braker bar,wont budge...

Did you do anything with the main bearings or rod bearings? If these caps arent installed correctly, it will lock the engine. Or did you damage the thrust bearing? this is the one in the middle of the crank usually copper colored?
