1991 Ford Bronco back brake drum

my drivers side back brake is locked to the drum and i cant get it off any suggestions how?

You can try to use a brake spoon (flat head screwdriver) on the adjuster and loosen the tension on shoes. If it still will not come off you may need to get a puller big enough to fit onto drum.

may need to use flat screwdriver to adjust the lever through backing plate. also ensure park brake is not engaged
