1990 Ford Bronco 2wd or 4wd

My front seal has blown on the transmission and the bands are likely burnt. Is there a difference in a E4OD transmission used on a F150 2wd and the 4wd that is in my Bronco? Can they be interchanged?

Two different animals. The housing won't work. We recommend staying with direct fit replacement parts.
