What is the proper engine vacuum at idle? I have a rough idle and the vacuum is running about 17-18in at idle. What should it be?

Yes. I got this truck from a friend who said he recently rebuilt the engine so I should have known to go back over and check the torque on a lot of the bolts. All the intake bolts were loose. Some two turns loose as were the valve cover bolts. Running good now. Thanks.
