On all models, raise and support vehicle.
Remove starter motor.
Remove engine front support insulator to support bracket attaching nuts and washers.
Raise front of engine using a suitable jack and wooden block. Position 1 inch wooden blocks between front support insulators and support brackets, then lower engine to rest on blocks and remove jack.
Remove oil pan and inlet tube attaching bolts.
Remove inlet tube and screen from oil pump and lay in oil pan. Remove oil pan from vehicle.
Reverse procedure to install, Figs. 34 and 35.

You have to drain the fluid from the tranny to replace the gasket
