1989 Ford Bronco Instrument Cluster

In an attempt to diagnose a fuel gauge, I have disassembled the instrument cluster. While I was trying to figure out what pin the fuel sending unit yellow/white wire connected to, I must have shorted out the gauge power. At first, when I turned the key on, I could measure 12v across the pins and all the engine lights would come normally, but now I get nothing.

I can't find any associated fuse in the fuse box, and none are blown. Is there a fuse somewhere for the cluster power?

I show #2 fuse 15 amp also fuses 7, 13, 14 and a fuse link under the hood . Look on chart.

Where is the fuse link under the hood?

Fuse links ar on the starter relay, follw the Positive battery cable, it takes you right to them.
