When the Bronco is NOT running the Horn will honk. If it is running it Won't honk. We put a new horn relay on and it did not fix it. Please help.

You need to check the horn circuit at the switch side and then on, its shorted to another wire within the steering column

It loses it ground when I rotate the key.
