1986 Ford Bronco brake Failure

1986 Ford Bronco V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

i have a 1986 bronco xlt. and the brakes went out you can pump them up and it will hold, but it loses pressure. ive check all the fittings and theres no leaks. ?? any ideas?

If you keep pressure on them when you pump them up and the pedal slowly goes to the floor, the master cylender is bad. However, please make sure there are no leaks at any of the brake lines, calipers, and wheel cylenders. If there are no leaks, turn to the master cylender, especially if it does what I described.
