My bronco has not been started for a year. I fully charged the battery. Checked all my fluids they are ok. It starts up just for a second then dies. It looks like the carb is getting gas to it when I push the throttle on the side. What do I do now

Hello,

It sounds like you might not be getting enough fuel.
That's why it starts but then stalls.
Check to see if it has adequate fuel pressure as well as it is producing the correct volume.
You should have 6-8 PSI of fuel pressure and it should produce 1 pint of fuel every 20 seconds.

If you do not have adequate fuel pressure or volume, make sure the lines are clean. A clog in the fuel filter can cause this. It can also happened due to a weak fuel pump.

Please let me know of any questions.
Thank you.
