Ford is famous for this, but I'm not sure if they used it on the Bronco's. Ford uses an inertia switch to shut off the fuel pump in the event of an accident and/or rollover. On the cars they are installed in, they are located in the rear trunk/hatch area. There is a reset switch on them. I have a 1990 Bronco and have never really looked to see if there's one on it. Maybe that'll point you in the right direction.
