1985 Ford Bronco 302 Engine code EEC-IV for the past 5 months have been trying to troubleshoot. when engine starts raw gasses come out of exhaust, fuel is getting into oil pan. Replaced many parts including, PCM, distributor, cap, wires, 2 injectors, plugs, map sensor, and more that I can't remember. Tested both fuel pumps. Have traced all wires, fuses, connectors. Starter and alternator have been tested. Sometimes engine runs smooth and strong, then all of a sudden it acts like something is clogging/choking fuel from getting where it needs to be. Catalitic converter will sometimes get hot enough to be orange. Ran fine for 2 months, now back to the original problem.

Any ideas?

Test the fuel pressure could be overpressuring/leaking pressure regulator/check the return line for clogging-
