my transmision has been slipping but sometimes runs fine .. I otice it burns a lot of fluid and I see a huge cloud of white smoke come from my tail pipe a times .. also it tends to idle funny and dont want to un rite ... I can put it in park and then start again and it drives fine for a little while then starts idleing funny again and even backfires some .... could this be my Transmission Modulator Valve?? i thought I was just loseing a lot of fluidfrom a leak so I put some stop leak/ no slip additive in it and it seems to hav gotten worse ..
