1984 Ford Bronco Ignition

The engine runs when I put a jumper wire from hot side of battery to hot side of coil. Will not shut off until I remove jumper wire. This is the only way I can get it to crank.

your going to have to check the wire from hot side of the coil back to ignition switch. if thats all good. the ignition switch may have failed.
