Stalling won't run when warm

FORD ASPIRE 1995/ 96000 MILES/4 CYL AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION

CAR STARTS FINE WHEN ENGINE IS COLD.
ENGINE IDLES FAST.
WHEN ENGINE IS WARM IT STALLS AT STOPS.
IDLES FINE WHEN ENGINE IS WARM.
NEED TO WAIT FOR SEVERAL MINUTES BEFORE STARTING ENGINE AGAIN.
AND THEN REPEATS THE PROBLEM AGAIN.

We are having this same problem. We have been told it is the Idle Control Value that needs replacing. We had a tune-up done, and it didn't help at all. When the car idles, it sounds like the idle is moving up and down, stalls when the engine is warm, starts again when we cool it down a bit.
