1994 Ford Aspire front axle seal leaks

Drive Train Axles Bearings problem
1994 Ford Aspire 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

I replaced the axle seals on my aspire, but the drivers side keeps leaking. The seal has been replaced on that side twice so far. Think the wheel bearing is bad. Could this be the problem?
