Hi,

After a lot of research, I found it. LOL It's 1/8". If you go to this site, you will find replacement hose. I have no idea why it wasn't in any of my manuals, but it wasn't.

https://www.google.com/shopping/product/1?q=1996+lincoln+continental+shock+air+hose+kit&prds=epd:1918564353536903019,prmr:3,eto:1918564353536903019_1,rto:1,pid:1918564353536903019,tpim:COCWr8aclZ7pLxCBjJfYxYDrw-UBGPDg-AoiA1VTRCjwzYWNBjCti-Qy&utm_medium=tu_prop&utm_content=eid-lsjeuxoeqt&utm_campaign=106497453

See pic below. 3.048mm is equal to .12". In fraction form, which is 1/8"

I hope this helps. Let me know if there is something I can do to help you.

Take care,

Joe

Hi, Vince.

Yep, that's a dealership repair manual from Ford. Did you get things back together yet or are you still waiting for parts?

Let me know. I'm interested in knowing how things are going for you.

Take care,

Joe

Yes, waiting for compressor assembly and VDM Got compressor relay on. pumped up fine, see if still up TM am. Old compressors sounding "growly". Think amp draw too much and took out relay. Guy in Mi sent me two relays (used) for price of one! Seems old one was 30 A and used ones at 50 A? Cars in my driveway and it's wet out and cold. Next step: change out that pump with new one when it arrives. Okay Bud, Keep you posted! Vince out.

The car looks great. I had an 89 MarkVIII collector's edition. I sold it about five years ago and regret it. My father bought it new and gave it to me before he passed. I wish I had them both back. LOL

I live near the east coast, and a person from CA saw it on craigslist. He flew here and drove it home. LOL

Regardless, thanks for the update on hose size. I was going off what I was able to find based on year, make, and model.

Take care,

Joe

Hmm, 89 mk8? Nice Was going to say I put in a Powerchip. I forgot the brand I bought in Canada. Stage 1 Module just plugs into Diag Port under dash. I will search the brand. Got the box somewhere, lol. Add premium 94 octane, car's a "rocket" , lol. Once it overcomes its weight, past 40 MPH. Dwelling on 3 Cat delete. Cold air intake K&N filter. Get that deck spoiler working, hahaha. Great to chat with you Joe. Bye for now!
