Front end shaking

I have a 1995 ford aerostar 4 door van it has 120,000 miles on it. My question is why does my front end and dashboard and steering wheel vibrate hard when I reach a speed over 45 mph? I have had my tires rotated and balanced and no lumps in the tire. My engine is a 3.0

Is it a front wheel drive? Have you had an alignment done?

No I have not have a alignment but im also hearing a popping noise also underneath
