My A/C is blowing out the defroster vents, not the dashboard vents. Help!

Hi alanddavis,
You need to check the vent linkages and adjustment. Is the control adjusted to the correct position?

check the vacuum source tube, it is probably broken causing the vent to stay in the defrost position.

Thanks. I found a little critter had made a home in the blower motor. I pulled out a nest and had to repair the vacuum hose. It's working fine now.
