93 Ford Aerostar Horn & Cruise Control Repair

93 Ford Aerostar 111,000 Miles - Horn & Cruise not working... I desperately need to inspect this vehicle however, no horn, no pass. The fuses are good and not sure how to test relay. Please help! :mrgreen:

Go back and double check the fuses again.
Then look under the hood in the power distribution box. It has more fuses and some relays. Check these relays. I don't think that the horn relay will be there though.
If the fuses are good, then look for the relay. On my 93 Explorer, it is under the dash near the steering column.

Horn and cruise not working could be due to the clockspring. My 93 ford aerostar was having the same problems unil i got a steering column out of a bone yard and never had a problem after the clock spring change.
