1997 Ford Aerostar Only in drive

My Ford Aerostar is running great. However, when vehicle has been driving around for 5 minutes or more, and its in drive, I hear a high pitch low volume whistle coming from the engine. But only when vehicle is in drive. Possibilities? Thank you.

Possible vacuum leak. Have you checked to see if you can tell where it is coming from?
