Engine Mechanical problem
1997 Ford Aerostar 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic

My 1997 Ford Aerostar has about 90,000 miles. Runs great and starts up good. But lately, after the engine has been running for awhile, when I go to turn the engine off, and try to turn it back on in a few minutes, it wants to 'die', and sometimes does. It has a new battery and I have installed a new alternator as well. what can be wrong?
