The transmission wont go in drive or revers but can drive in 2 and 1. Changed oil and filter. Still the same but when I drive the car on the freeway in 2 and put in drive its ok.

Everything you are telling me points to a manual lever position sensor or a solenoid problem excxept the NO REVERSE.. Damn this is a good one. Feel lucky. First off ya gotta go to an auto parts store and get a scan. Trans specific if possible. If not a regular one might do. Get back W/me with the codes. Larry
