1996 Ford Aerostar no e. flashers or turn signals

went to set E. flashers & seemed to blow a fuse. lost turn signals at that time also. any thoughts?

if it blows fuse everytime fuse is replaced then switch is faulty. if fuse is OK then suspect faulty flasher relay
