I have a 1996 Ford Aerostar with only 28,500 miles or so. The vehicle runs great but it never seems to run at normal temp. It always, even in the summer months, runs cool and i am wasting lots of fuel behind this problem. During the summer the only way the temp gauge would raise is when my air conditioner was on,(fyi it never overheats). Now in the winter it doesn't even run semi warm but the heat works fine. what should i look at with this problem?
