1996 Ford Aerostar Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My 1996 areostar would not start after no starting problems used a bob scanner got code for camshaft position sensor replaced item still won't start replaced crankshaft sensor still no start. Removed #1 spark plug brought cyl. Up on compresion stroke removed crank shaft center bolt made sure key way was straight up used alignment tool on cam postition syncronizer reinstalled to original position still no start engine spins and pops but will not start. Help!
