1995 Ford Aerostar What Oil

My 1995 Ford Aerostar has noisy lifters. What oil should be used in this situation. Will a certain weight tend to help lessen the noise.

Other than the noise, it runs good.

You will want to use a little thicker oil. If you have 5 w 30 right now , maybe try some 10 w 40. Also using engine honey once every 6 months will help tighten your seals up to prevent them from stretching and burning up oil.
