1995 Ford Aerostar valves & timing

How do u set the valve on the aerostar and what referrence point do u go off? Which mark do u go off ofto set timeing?

Valves are not adjustable they are hydraulic. Timing is set at 10 deg. BTDC with SPOUT disconnected.
