Transmission problem
1995 Ford Aerostar 6 cyl Automatic

When car gets hot, The trans woun't go into reverse, and will not down shift auto. Have to man. Put it into lower gear.

What ever you do dont change the oil like most people wanna do when they encounter trans problem, it may make it worst. Take it to aamco transtmission for free scan if you have aamco in your city. May not need a trans rebuild. Possibly a sensor is bad.
