1995 Ford Aerostar Right head lamp problem

when lights r on dim - right head lamp is very low light - when bright lamp is turned on - right head lamp goes completely out - replaced head lamp already - same problem as before

Check the black wire, it's the ground, and must be loose or not connected to the body!
